LOA - Letter of Acceptance received March 16, 2007!
We are on our way...we have received and signed our LOA for both Matthew and Alex. This is a letter for the Chinese government stating our final intent to adopt our boys. Our TA - Travel Approval should be close behind this document...yippeee!!!!!
