We hope that all of the mothers reading this today have a very special day!
We went to the zoo today with a group and it was fun but very hot! The panda was sound asleep but the Guangzhou zoo really has some great animals. There were baby leopards, giraffes, gazelle, and we saw a newborn deer stumble out of a log where it had just been born...what a great Mother's Day gift that was! We will send pics soon to share.
Our parents made it safely to Guangzhou from Shanghai where they had a fabulous time. Their guide was a young girl named Jessica who thought that they were very funny. Shanghai is a city on the water and everyone said it was beautiful.
Our agency representative goes to the Consulate for us today to file our final paperwork for approval and new passports for the boys, so we are going shopping today! yippeee.......
We leave late tomorrow night to come home...ahhhhhhhh...our own bed instead of a concrete slab - what a concept! Seriously we have never experienced such hard beds in our life! California here we come!
